With over 30 years of business experience in the financial services industry, Danny is skilled at helping customers make well-informed, solid technology decisions in defining financial institution network and Internet security requirements. He manages the guidance of strategic implementations designed to better equip banks and credit unions with the proper resources to meet federal requirements and to maximize the use of information security and technology infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Danny was a founding partner in COIN Banking Systems in Norcross, Ga., where he served as senior vice president of Client Services. The company served more than 400 customers nationwide and developed software specifically for financial institutions. A well-known expert in his field, Danny is a sought-after speaker on topics regarding information security, risk assessments, and financial regulatory expectations. Recent speaking engagements include presenting at the 2009 InfoSecurity Conference, the 2009 GBA Operations and Technology Conference, at five bank user group meetings in 2009, and at the 2010 Safe Systems Users Group Educational Meeting. Danny sits on several boards of directors for financial services companies. He currently serves on the faculty of the Southeastern Banking School and has also served on the faculty of training schools that teach technology-related topics for financial institution associations in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, and for the Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA). Danny earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgia Southern University. He currently serves as a director on the Advisory Board for the Georgia Southern Information Technology School, and also served on the board of the Georgia Bankers Association from 2002-2004.[ back to top ]
With over 19 years of business experience in the financial services industry, Bell's extensive market knowledge and leadership skills have helped position Gladiator Technology as an industry leader. He has successfully leveraged his extensive financial industry background to build a nationwide client base for the company. Prior to joining Gladiator Technology, Bell provided technology solutions to financial institutions throughout the United States. He began his career as a technical engineer with the Financial Services Division of First Financial Management Corporation, which was later acquired by FiServ, Inc. While at FiServ, Bell served as the Regional Sales Executive for the company's Integration Services Division, providing core data processing infrastructure solutions to financial institutions. Earlier in his career, Bell held a position at Unisys as a Regional Sales Executive. Jackie Marshall is director of IT Regulatory Compliance for Gladiator

As a recognized expert, she skillfully guides clients through state and federal compliance regulations, industry standards, and audit recommendations for IT and security issues. Earlier in her career, Jackie worked with COIN Banking Systems in Norcross, Ga. for 10 years as a banking consultant, where she led project management, training, and compliance consulting for software applications. As an expert in her field, Jackie is a sought-after speaker on a wide range of topics focusing on IT regulatory compliance. She also provides webcasts on educational topics such as mitigating risk and meeting regulatory expectations for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), incident response plan testing, and current trends and hot topics in the information security regulatory arena. Jackie’s recent speaking engagements include acting as keynote speaker at the Jack Henry & Associates SilverLake Mid-South Conference. She also has lectured at the Independent Community Bankers of America National Conference, at the Georgia Bankers Association Operations and Technology School (over the past four years), at the Bank Administration Institute Retail Conference and Expo, and at the Credit Union Infosecurity Conference. She has presented educational webcasts for state bankers associations, the ICBA, BAI, and bankerstuff.com, among others. Jackie earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in Athens and holds the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designation. Matt Riley is chief information officer for Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars® Solution. Matt manages enterprise security for Gladiator Technology, oversees strategic direction for new product and service offerings, and cultivates strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. With more than 11 years of experience in the financial services and information security industries, Matt is adept at providing professional security advice to clients regarding appropriate security practices and regulatory requirements. He is a regarded authority in his field, and is respected as an educator who speaks on topics covering information security governance, enterprise risk management, incident response, and online financial fraud. Matt was a founding partner of Gladiator Technology and before being named chief information officer, Matt served as Gladiator Technology’s vice president of security and chief technology officer. Prior to that, he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the 24x7x365 Gladiator Security Operations Center. Before joining Gladiator he worked as a senior systems engineer and also as a security consultant where his responsibilities included security and network consulting, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and network integration and implementation for financial institutions. Matt earned a bachelor’s of business administration degree in management information systems from the University of Georgia. His professional certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designations.
